Over two years of successful cooperation, the joint project of Oz Forensics (Dubai) and the digital commercial bank Evocabank (Armenia) has shown its effectiveness and has become an example of the successful use of the latest technologies in banking business processes. Thanks to Oz Liveness and Oz Biometry solutions, the bank was able to attract more than 40,000 new customers without visiting branches.
Mobile banking has made a qualitative and sharp step forward. In confirmation of all the trends, banks have given priority to online customer service and reduced the number of offices. However, remote work requires an increased level of security, as the level of digital fraud increases every year. Oz Liveness anti-spoofing and Oz Biometry face comparison solutions are built into the bank’s mobile app. Clients go through identification, which identifies a living person in the frame and compares the person’s face with the photo on the document and from the database. The process does not require any effort from the client and takes less time than taking a selfie.
