Clients of Dubai Customs praise monthly recognition ceremony
Dubai Customs clients praised the monthly award ceremony held by the government orvganization to honor its distinguished clients, in line with the initiative launched by H.E. Ahmed Mahboob Musabih, Director General of Dubai Customs, and CEO of Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation. They noted that Dubai Customs, through various communication channels with business and trade groups, has succeeded in providing smart and innovative customs procedures and facilities that have boosted the activities and trade value of companies, as well as enhancing customer satisfaction.
The following companies were honored in the March ceremony, held at the headquarters of Dubai Customs: Al Ghurair Resources Oils & Proteins L.L.C, JNT Express Courier Services, QTech General Trading (Amazon), The Giving Movement for trading, and MH for Gold and Jewelry.
During the monthly award ceremony, His Excellency Ahmed Mahboob Musabih, Director General of Dubai Customs and CEO of Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation, emphasized that customer happiness is a fundamental goal in their comprehensive plans to develop performance at Dubai Customs. This drives them to enhance their efforts to delight customers by developing an integrated strategy for managing relationships with stakeholders to identify all their requirements to improve the efficiency of their business by raising the level of quality of the commercial and customs services they provide. He stressed the close partnership between Dubai Customs and its clients to achieve Dubai’s vision of supporting the business and trade sectors, which positively reflects on Dubai’s foreign trade and enhances its position as a global hub for international trade.
He also expressed his happiness in honoring clients monthly, which is an ideal opportunity to meet with them and enhance their sustainable relationship. He pointed out that the department’s clients are its partners in the journey of success and excellence, and they look forward to continuing to support them to achieve positive results, enhance their happiness, and meet their requirements.
Edris Behzad, Director of Client Happiness Department at Dubai Customs, stated that the department is committed to enhancing its relationship with stakeholders by implementing global best practices in customer service. The department launched the “Mista’nes” campaign to measure daily levels of customer satisfaction and feedback towards the services provided at customs centers. Additionally, Dubai Customs has developed communication channels with stakeholders through the Consultative Council, which was established to promote collaboration and coordination with trade and business groups in Dubai. Moreover, the “Ertebat” initiative was launched to communicate and foster cooperation with diplomatic missions and foreign business councils.
